On the evening of July 1st at the Victory Christian Church in Kiev, a businessman of a world level, Peter Daniels, held the last seminar ending the business conference. Victory Church senior pastor Henry Madava thanked the guest and handed him a memorable souvenir – Ukrainian Bulava.

"Some stages of Ukrainian history are gloomy, but I believe that exactly today we need to dedicate ourselves to the generations ahead of us" - opened his teaching the businessman and then added: "I want to challenge you to create a thousand businesses within the next ten years! This will be an army no one will be able to defeat".

Daniels believes that the income of such an army of Christian businessmen won't be ignored, which in turn will assure a victory. In order to achieve this, we need to know how to setup goals, but not for the next three or four years, like we are used to, but for the rest of our lives, assures the businessman.

"A goal for your entire life can be set at any time", - states Peter Daniels. You need to know how to dream if you want to find goals for your life. "Take the time to ask God to give you a dream. God will not give you a dream if you don't have the means to realize it".

In his life Peter Daniels went through a lot of pain and trials, through hardships and disappointments, but every time nothing was working, he leaned on his dreams. "Dreams generate goals. We need goals in order to develop standards of what we are trying to achieve. We need goals to develop talents given to us by God", states Daniels. If you need to accomplish something tomorrow, you need to setup a goal.

During the second part of the business seminar Daniels invited four volunteers to join him on the stage. There were many eager participants and as a result two young men and women joined Daniels on the stage. The auditorium froze in anticipation of something extraordinary. Every participant went through four testing exercises, which, according to the teacher, are designed to force a person to dream, privatize the dreams, prioritize the dreams, make dreams measurable and determine how a person views him/herself from outside. As a result of interesting logical questions from Peter Daniels and extraordinary answers from the volunteers, it emerged that every participant is unique in his/her dreams. "Never in this universe anyone like is born. And God is expecting you to take everything He wants to give you", - concluded the businessman.

The answers from the volunteers to the first exercise were put in a column called "Personal potential" on a flip-chart, earlier installed on the stage. The goal of the following two questions/exercises was to determine how much potential is already realized by the individual. Every question was measured on a ten point scale. As a result, while each volunteer had high scores in the first column, which speaks to the availability of high potential in them, the second column turned out empty as the points were either a zero or less. This tells us that every one of us possesses a great deal of potential, but we do not use it. "God gave you potential for a ten. How much potential have you realized in a relation to this world on a ten point scale?" – stated Daniels forcing the listeners to think.

After conducting practical exercises, the multimillionaire presented the formula for setting goals. Identify your goal, develop a strategy and a master plan for realization of the goal, plan a solution, create reserves, determine time frames and start doing all of this now – this is the sum of all principles which will help realize a dream.

Jesus said: "I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." (John 10:10) "We pay very little attention to this and agree with a small price for ourselves" – acknowledged Daniels. He also stated that everyone needs a sense of destiny, a state that exceeds all needs. Besides, the Bible characters also had a sense of destiny: "For Job it's patience, for Paul it's vision, and for the Israelites it's the Promised Land. Do you have a sense of destiny?"

Train that what you want to materialize tomorrow, goals and dreams do become reality and the future becomes the present.
